DEADLINES AND SHIPPING
Items are either manufactured within 8 weeks.
Shipments are made every Friday via Colissimo or other providers provided by us.
In the event of loss of the package, a complaint must be opened by both parties to the service provider’s customer service. the time limit for processing the complaint is no more than 21 days.
Depending on your country of residence, additional import fees / taxes may apply. These costs are separate from your purchase and specific to your country, no claim on this subject can be taken into account.
RETURN AND REFUND
If you buy a product and it does not suit you, returns are accepted within a legal period of 14 days, it must be returned in perfect new condition and in its original packaging.
Any return is the responsibility of the customer, it must be done with a mandatory Colissimo tracking number.
The refund of the order will be made via the payment method used when ordering.
In the event of a defective product requiring an exchange, a return label will be sent to you by email following your complaint.
If the product is damaged, no refund will be made. It is your duty to return the product in secure packaging so that it is spared during transport.
In the event of a return of an unclaimed package, you are responsible for returning it.
In order to keep your products in good condition, it is recommended that you do not use detergents to clean them.
